RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in design of training schedule
- Work with Operations Manager in organizing training events
- Organizing safe, effective and accountable distribution of per diems/honoraria
- Securing venues (space, hospitality services)
- Arranging transport (drivers, vehicles)
- With the COP and Operations Manager, assist in the design MTTT deployment plan
- Enter data into M&E database
- Assist COP/Operations Manager in monitoring trainings
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree holder in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar field;
- Previous NGO experience preferably in country of challenging conditions;
- Computer skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to work under high pressure of work.
