DPK Consulting seeks long-term and short-term experts for a USAID-funded Strengthening Justice project in Congo. This project will aim to develop a more accessible and empowered justice system, improve judicial management, and strengthen civil society.
REQUIREMENTS: At least five years of progressively responsible experience in program monitoring and evaluation, including significant overseas experience. Prior experience with USAID contractors or grantees is preferred.
Regional experience and an understanding of development and political issues in Africa, and preferably Congo is preferred. Fluency in spoken and written French is required.
