The Partners in Population and Development Africa Regional Office seeks a Programme Officer. Based in Kampala, Uganda, the Programme Officer will be responsible for coordinating regional networks, communicating with member government and civil society organizations, and implementing and monitoring programmes in accordance with funder requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate will communicate in both English and French fluently, have a Master’s degree in Public Health or a related social science discipline, and at least seven years of professional experience in the field of health or development, acquired with public sector, NGO, UN, or international organizations.
